Job Description: Plant Operator – Water Bottling Plant

Industry: Water Bottling & Premium Hospitality

- Operate and maintain onsite drinking water bottling plants at premium hotels and resorts.
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic bottle filling, capping, and packaging machines.
- Monitor RO plants, pumps, motors, membranes, and filtration systems.
- Perform routine water quality testing for pH, TDS, chlorine, and turbidity.
- Handle mineral dosing and antiscalant application as per approved standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machinery issues.
- Clean RO membranes using CIP (Cleaning in Place) procedures.
- Replace filter cartridges and maintain filtration equipment.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved and stock is maintained.
- Maintain daily production records, water quality reports, and plant logbooks.
- Keep the plant room, machinery, and work area clean and hygienic.
- Wear the prescribed uniform, safety shoes, gloves, mask, and hairnet.




- Follow strict hygiene, safety, grooming, and hotel discipline standards.
- Maintain polite and professional behaviour with hotel staff and management.
- Be flexible with working hours during high occupancy and special events.
- Must be physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform maintenance work.
- Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental fields preferred.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in water bottling plants, RO systems, and bottling machinery preferred.
- Key Skills: Machine operation, troubleshooting, water testing, preventive maintenance, and record keeping.
- Significant: No smoking, tobacco, or pan masala use on hotel premises. Strict compliance with company and hotel policies is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
