- Learn embedded C and how it interacts with low-level hardware, and support our software development work
- Learn the core concepts of AUTOSAR and support automotive software development
- Understand the automotive software development lifecycle, including the V-Model, requirements, design, testing, and validation
- Get introduced to industry standards such as ASPICE (process quality) and ISO 26262 (functional safety)
- Help with documentation, requirement traceability, reviews, and testing activities
- Keep up with new concepts and trends in the automotive industry
What we’re looking for
- Basic knowledge of C programming
- Basic understanding of microcontrollers and electronics
- A strong interest in the automotive domain and software processes
- Positive communication and documentation skills
- Bonus: awareness of AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262, or CAN communication
- Ideal background: ECE, EEE, EIE, Mechanical, CSE, or related engineering students
