Job Title: HR Intern (Human Resources Intern)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily activities. The candidate will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee management, HR operations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in recruitment and selection processes.

* Post job vacancies on job portals and social media.

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

* Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.

* Handle attendance and leave records.

* Support HR administrative activities.

* Communicate with employees and candidates.

* Prepare basic HR reports and spreadsheets.

Required Skills:

* Valuable communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

* Good interpersonal skills.

* Time management and teamwork.

* Willingness to learn HR activities.
