Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Faculty to train students enrolled in our upcoming Human Resources Diploma program.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR or a related field.
- Practical experience in HR management and HR operations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Faculty/Trainer.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labour laws, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training.
Job Location: Kottakkal, Kerala
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
