We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to manage daily supply chain activities, coordinate with suppliers, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Follow up with suppliers to avoid delivery delays.
- Update records using MS Excel and computer systems.
- Resolve basic supply chain and delivery-related issues.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and maintain accurate records.
