About the Role

At Gopi Global Solutions, we're looking for energetic, confident, and creative individuals who are comfortable speaking on camera and communicating with clients.

We manage multiple brands, social media pages, and digital marketing projects. Along with handling client calls and sales follow-ups, the selected candidates will actively participate in creating video content for our company's in-house social media pages.

Our biggest priority: Candidates who are genuinely comfortable facing the camera, speaking on video, and creating content without hesitation.

Key Responsibilities/ Job description

1. On-Camera Content Creation – Major Priority

- Appear in Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and other social media content.
- Speak confidently on camera and participate in video shoots.
- Present ideas, explain services, and create engaging content for different pages managed by the company.
- Participate in content planning, scripting, and creative discussions.
- Be willing to experiment with different video formats, trends, and presentation styles.

2. Client Communication & Sales

- Call leads provided by the company and understand their requirements.
- Explain our services and coordinate with potential clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and assist in converting leads into paying clients.
- Maintain proper records of calls, lead status, and follow-up schedules.

3. Social Media & Team Support

- Assist with Instagram posts, reels,



captions, and content scheduling.
- Coordinate with the design, video editing, and marketing teams.
- Support other business activities depending on current priorities.

Freshers can apply. Previous experience in sales, content creation, or digital marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Salary & Training

- Monthly salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000, depending on suitability and performance.
- Additional incentives based on successful sales closures.
- One month of company-provided training.
- Regular salary eligibility begins after successful completion of the training period, according to company policy.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are happy to appear in videos and actively participate in content creation. Candidates who are uncomfortable appearing on camera may not be suitable for this position.
