Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to manage the complete after-sales service operations of our VinFast EV showroom. The candidate will be responsible for workshop performance, customer satisfaction, technician productivity, service quality, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day VinFast EV service centre/workshop operations.
- Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Monitor service appointments, vehicle inflow, job cards, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service revenue.
- Ensure proper diagnosis and repair of EV-related technical issues.
- Maintain service quality standards and follow VinFast/company processes.
- Monitor warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
- Control workshop expenses, spare parts usage, and inventory.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide technical/service training.
- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, tools, and equipment are maintained properly.




- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly service performance reports.
- Achieve service, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in Automobile/EV Service, preferably in a Service Manager or senior workshop role.
- Experience in managing a service team and workshop operations.
- Knowledge of EV vehicles, diagnostics, electrical systems, and service processes will be an advantage.
- Strong customer-handling and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to achieve service and revenue targets.
- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical/EV/related field preferred.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives
