Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure & Technology Manager is responsible for maintaining, securing, upgrading, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity framework, hardware assets, and network resources. The role includes managing servers, end-user devices, software, cloud environments, and IT vendors, and ensuring business continuity through proactive technology management.

Additional Responsibilities

- Manage Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration, including email security, spam protection, and access policies.
- Manage firewall, VPN, and remote access solutions.
- Maintain CCTV, biometric systems, access control systems, and other security devices.
- Monitor software licensing compliance.
- Implement and test backup and disaster recovery procedures,



conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees.
- Maintain IT policies, audit records, and compliance documentation.
- Support ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, and other business applications, coordinating with developers for integrations and troubleshooting.
- Manage vendor contracts and AMC renewals.

Skills Required

- Cyber Security & Endpoint Protection.
- Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewall).
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Server Administration (Windows/Linux).
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Administration.
- Firewall & Network Security, Backup & Disaster Recovery.
- Hardware & Software Management, Vendor Management.
- IT Documentation and Asset Management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Experience

- 5-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud Management, and IT Operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
