We run three growing D2C brands: Cloud & Clay (Innovative Lifestyle products), Morean (skincare) and Inoko (scalp care). We’re looking for someone who thinks in hooks, stays up to date on trends, and can turn a product into content people stop scrolling for.

What you’ll do

- Plan monthly content calendars for all three brands
- Come up with original post, reel and campaign ideas
- Write hooks, captions and short scripts
- Study what’s working on Instagram and competitor pages, then turn it into ideas we can use

You’re a fit if you

- Consume content obsessively and can explain why something went viral
- Write sharp, simple English (Hinglish is a bonus)
- Have used AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Midjourney to create or ideate content
- Learn by doing, not by waiting to be told

- Pick one of our brands and share 3 content ideas for it, each with a hook.
- Share links to anything you’ve made: a page, posts or a Notion doc. A CV is optional.

Shortlisted candidates will do a short paid trial task.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
