- Develop new rubber moulded products as per customer drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with customers for product design, technical requirements, and feasibility studies.
- Develop and validate rubber compounds, moulds, and process parameters.
- Conduct prototype trials, sample development, and product testing.
- Prepare PPAP documents, FMEA, control plans, and other NPD-related documents.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and tooling teams for successful product launch.
- Monitor trial results, resolve development issues, and ensure timely completion of recent product development projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
