Job Summary

Vighnaharta Super Speciality Hospital is looking for dedicated, compassionate, and responsible Staff Nurses to join our Nursing Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering prescribed treatments, monitoring patients' health, maintaining clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per medical instructions and hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed and authorized.
- Assist doctors during medical examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication administration charts.
- Update patient information and nursing documentation in the hospital software (HIMS).
- Follow infection control, hand hygiene, biomedical waste management, and patient safety protocols.
- Observe patients for changes in their condition and promptly inform the treating doctor.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Perform proper shift handovers and maintain continuity of care.




- Educate patients and their families regarding routine care and treatment instructions.
- Maintain nursing equipment, supplies, cleanliness, and skilled discipline.
- Follow hospital policies, standard operating procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous hospital experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork, and patient-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital software are preferred.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
