Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (HQ; covering the entire Gujarat territory)

Salary: Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum, based on current/last CTC

Job Summary

Teleflex India Ltd. is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Territory Manager to manage and develop the assigned territory across Gujarat. Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, particularly those with established relationships with cardiologists and hospital professionals, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, healthcare professionals and hospital clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular client visits and meetings to promote company products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales documentation.
- Follow up on orders and coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits,



sales activities and market developments.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback to management.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain professional conduct and support overall business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or B.Sc.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Positive communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and territory management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel throughout Gujarat.
- Candidates below 30 years of age.
- Immediate availability preferred.

Compensation and Employment

Salary will be determined based on the candidate's current/last CTC and relevant experience, with a budget of up to ₹10 LPA. Employment will be on third-party payroll through a manpower consultant.
