We’re looking for an Operations Executive / Manager

Position: Operations Executive / Manager

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Preferred Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Head – Operations / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple centres.

Maintain service quality, hygiene, grooming, and SOP compliance.

Monitor team performance, manpower, and productivity.

Improve guest experience and resolve operational issues.

Manage inventory, revenue, costs,



and facility maintenance.

Conduct centre audits and drive continuous improvement.

Who Are We Looking For?

A proactive, execution-oriented qualified with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multi-unit operations management skills.

Experience in hotels, restaurants, QSRs, retail, salons, fitness, healthcare, or other multi-outlet businesses is welcome. Wellness industry experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Indore, Madhya Pradesh
