Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to develop architectural concepts into practical and functional designs. The candidate will collaborate with engineers, project coordinators, and site teams to ensure projects are completed according to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Use architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, structural consultants, and project teams.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable building regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design accuracy.
- Assist in material selection, design development, and preparation of project documentation.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.




- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and design documents.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Relevant experience in architectural design is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of Revit, Lumion, or other rendering software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, building materials, and construction methods.
- Valuable design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A portfolio of architectural projects is preferred.
