About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven D2C Manager to own online growth end-to-end. You will spearhead performance marketing, website operations, CRM, retention, and analytics to scale our digital revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue & Growth: Own D2C revenue, CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR, LTV, retention, and profitability targets.
- Performance Marketing: Independently manage, setup, target, optimize, and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Shopify Operations: Oversee day-to-day Shopify store operations, merchandising, landing pages, offers, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Funnel Optimization: Continuously improve the user journey from initial traffic down to product page views, cart additions, and final checkout.
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Drive retention via targeted Email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns, building solid customer onboarding, repeat purchase, and win-back journeys.
- Analytics & Cross-functional Collaboration: Track performance using GA4,



Shopify, and ad analytics. Work closely with Creative, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of hands-on D2C, e-commerce, or digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated independent success managing Meta & Google Ads and working with Shopify.
- Deep familiarity with performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, CVR, Contribution Margin).
- Experience with CRM/lifecycle tools (such as Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, or CleverTap).
- Prior experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, FMCG, or fast-paced consumer brands is a strong plus.

Pay: Up to ₹1,700,000.00 per year
