We are looking for a Technical Officer – SCADA (Production) to monitor automated production processes, maintain process parameters, and ensure smooth and effective dairy plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate SCADA/HMI systems for production processes.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level.
- Track production status, process deviations, and system alarms.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support basic troubleshooting of SCADA, PLC, sensors, and automation systems.
- Maintain shift-wise production reports, log sheets, and process records.
- Ensure compliance with production SOPs, quality standards, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with field operators and ensure proper shift handover.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in SCADA / Production Operations.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may apply.
- Dairy / FMCG / Food Processing experience preferred.
