Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong people-management skills and the ability to independently manage HR activities and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.

- Handle recruitment, manpower planning, and coordination with department heads.

- Manage performance appraisals, KRAs/KPIs, employee development, and training initiatives.

- Address employee grievances, conduct counselling, and drive employee engagement and retention.

- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws.





- Coordinate payroll inputs, HR reporting, employee records, and HR policies.

- Lead and support the HR team while working closely with management on people-related matters.

Requirements

- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.

- 8+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Manager role.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance.

- Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS tools.

- Handling HR operations in other Asian countries as well will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
