At Ethinos, we are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team in Bangalore. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and apply the knowledge of HR and manage teams that work with a diverse range of clients.
Details:
- Location: Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore
- Type: In office, full-time (Mon to Fri, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm)
- Joining: Immediate
- Duration: 6 months (only internship)
- Stipend: INR 10000
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, following up with candidates).
- Supporting HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and maintaining databases.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and prepare HR-related reports.
- Assisting employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Working closely and coordinate with HR team across different office locations for day-to-day tasks.
- Interacting with different departments to assess and communicate employee needs.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing / Completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Management or related field.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruiting, onboarding, engagement, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
- Prior internship experience and familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
