Job description:

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Structural Sales, preferably in the industrial, infrastructure, construction or engineering sector.
- Strong existing client base and established industry network in the structural/industrial market.
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, key account management and sales closure.
- Strong knowledge of project-based sales, commercial negotiations, quotations, and order finalization.
- Experience in dealing with major industrial clients, EPC companies, contractors, fabricators and infrastructure companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and client relationship management skills.

Preferred Requirements

- Mechanical Engineering qualification (B.Tech/Diploma) or equivalent technical background.
- Practical knowledge and experience in handling MOUs, strategic tie-ups,



and business collaborations with major industrial groups such as Tata, Jindal and other leading organizations.
- Strong skilled relationships with Tata, Jindal and other major industrial/infrastructure groups will be highly preferred.
- Good technical understanding of structural products, fabrication, engineering projects and industrial applications.
- Experience in handling large value industrial projects and institutional/key accounts will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently identify new market opportunities and develop long term business relationships with key clients.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
