Every year, thousands of students finish 12th unsure where to go next. We call them and their parents, explain how we can help, and invite them to our office for a proper counselling session. You’ll be the first voice they hear from us.

What you’ll do

- Make outbound calls to students and parents and introduce Steps to College
- Understand the student’s stream, marks and goals in a short, friendly conversation
- Invite them to the office and confirm the visit on WhatsApp
- Update every call in our sheet so no lead is lost

Who we’re looking for

- Clear, confident Hindi and English




- Comfortable making a lot of calls and handling “not interested” without losing energy
- Freshers welcome. We’ll train you on our courses and how to talk to parents.
