Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Human Resource Executive to manage HR operations, employee and labour relations, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Buyer Audits and a strong understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Attendance and Leave Management

- Monitor daily employee and worker attendance.
- Manage leave applications, approvals, and records.
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.

2. Employee and Labour Relations

- Handle employee grievances and workplace issues.
- Maintain positive relations between management and workers.
- Ensure workplace discipline and compliance with company policies.

3. Statutory Compliance

- Manage PF and ESIC registrations and related documentation.
- Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with applicable labour laws.




- Coordinate with government authorities and auditors whenever required.

4. HR Operations and Administration

- Maintain employee records using HR management software.
- Support recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and training.
- Prepare HR MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate and maintain documentation for Buyer Audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Mandatory prior experience in Buyer Audits.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance.
- Proficiency in HR management software.
- Good command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reporting.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage employee relations and HR operations independently.
