- Greet and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom/branch.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers, purity, and other relevant information.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
- Coordinate with the purchase, billing, and other branch teams as required.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery while dealing with customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the sales counter/showroom.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery or retail sales.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, confident, and well-groomed personality.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products and gold is preferred.
- Positive calculation and billing understanding.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
