Role Summary

The Site Supervisor is our eyes on the ground. You will visit project sites, check that every surface is prepared and finished exactly as approved, and keep measurements and quality records accurate so that each wall and floor reads as specified.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned sites daily and supervise ongoing application work by labour teams.
- Inspect substrates and surfaces before application and flag issues before work begins.
- Take accurate site and surface measurements and record them for quoting and material planning.
- Check finished work against the approved sample and report any deviation immediately.
- Confirm that materials delivered to site are correct and in the right quantity.
- Coordinate with the labour team and the Senior Manager on daily progress and any delays.
- Maintain straightforward daily site reports (work done, measurements, issues).
- Travel between sites on a two-wheeler.

Requirements

- Education: 10th pass minimum
- Experience: 1+ year in site supervision (interiors, painting, plastering, civil or finishing work preferred)
- Age:



30 – 50 years
- Languages: Kannada and English (spoken)
- Skills: Site and surface measurement, ability to read a surface and judge finish quality, basic record keeping
- Must have: Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence; comfortable with daily site travel

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
