Key Responsibilities1. Student Training & Mentorship

- Train students in digital marketing concepts with practical, real-world examples.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on SEO, Meta Ads, keyword research, and campaign management.
- Teach students how to create, launch, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, live projects, and practical exercises.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Help students build portfolios and prepare for digital marketing job interviews.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, product pages, and blogs.
- Work with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and keyword research tools.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Develop strategies to improve organic visibility and conversions.

3. Meta Ads & Performance Marketing

- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.




- Set up campaigns for brand awareness, traffic, lead generation, and sales.
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking in coordination with technical teams.
- Test creatives, ad copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets and identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.

4. D2C Brand Growth

- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and online sales.
- Understand the customer journey, target audience, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives, videos, and product promotions.
- Optimize product landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support customer acquisition, retargeting, and customer retention initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
