Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end legal support and ensure the closure of commercial deals.

- Partner closely with business teams and corporate functions throughout the deal lifecycle.

Requirements

Qualified Lawyer with 9+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Strong experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating client-provided technology contracts, including: IT services agreements Outsourcing agreements Software licensing agreements Cloud agreements AI-related contracts Framework/MSA agreements

Proven ability to work on customer paper and client terms, rather than solely relying on standard company templates.



Preferred background as In-house Counsel in a multinational organization or within a reputable law firm with similar commercial contracting exposure. Strong ability to identify contractual risks, provide practical solutions, and effectively balance legal risk with business objectives to facilitate deal closures. Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills for engaging with internal teams and clients. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing IT services workplace and adaptable to evolving business structures. Exposure to civil law is desirable but not mandatory.
