We are hiring a Civil Foreman for construction projects in Oman. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily civil construction activities, coordinating site workers, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
- Allocate tasks to workers and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with site procedures.
- Report daily progress and site issues to the project team.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision is preferred.




- Ability to coordinate workers and manage daily site activities.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and safety procedures is an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant technical qualifications or practical experience are encouraged to apply.
