Unitd Living Space is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Development Executive to support the planning, design, and development of residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry, along with the ability to conduct market research, coordinate with design teams, and develop competitive product offerings that meet customer expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and new product opportunities.
- Gather customer insights and recommend product features and improvements.
- Assist in conceptualizing project layouts, unit plans, amenities, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop practical and competitive product designs.
- Support the preparation of project briefs, feasibility studies, cost estimates, and product specifications.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure product offerings align with market demand and customer expectations.
- Coordinate the timely review and approval of project plans and designs in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain product development documentation, design approvals, project status reports, and presentations.
- Track industry developments, sustainable design practices,



and innovative construction techniques.
- Recommend new product concepts and improvements to enhance competitiveness and customer value.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product development, project planning, or project coordination within the real estate or construction industry.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of project planning, architectural design, and construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design tools will be an added advantage.
