- Assist in the creation and management of the Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for self during project durations
- Ensure proper setup of temporary lighting and storage areas in office
- Coordinate with logistics teams to track and ensure timely material delivery
- Receive materials onsite, verify against delivery challans, and forward signed copies to the corporate office
- Attend and represent the company in site meetings scheduled by the client
- Coordinate with other vendors and contractors at the site to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and monitor labour contractors and oversee daily on-site work
- Purchase materials locally when required and within budget limits
- Share daily progress reports with the Senior Supervisor
- Take site measurements in coordination with the client team
- Address and resolve items from the snag list identified during site inspections
- Ensure handover documentation is signed by the client and submitted to the corporate office
- Facilitate return of unused materials to the warehouse or transfer to another project site
- Share final site measurements for billing and project closure
