Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Pitch our gift hampers and customized cakes to the leads.
- Communicate professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver the final product timely.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experienced candidates can apply.
- Freshers can apply however the salary may be different.

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Work Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
