ScamFree India provides professional consultation, documentation assistance and procedural guidance to individuals affected by trading scams, investment fraud and other online financial frauds. We help clients understand complaint procedures, organize evidence, prepare documentation and approach the appropriate authorities, including SEBI and other relevant departments.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Assistant with an interest in the stock market, share trading, and investment-related frauds. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads related to trading scams, understanding clients’ concerns, explaining our qualified support services and converting qualified leads into clients through ethical and transparent communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with individuals affected by trading scams, investment fraud, and share market-related financial fraud.
- Understand complaints involving SEBI-registered Research Analysts (RAs), Investment Advisers (IAs), stockbrokers, trading platforms, and other investment service providers.
- Possess a basic understanding of the share market, equity trading, stockbroking, investment products, and common trading scams.




- Explain ScamFree India’s consultation, documentation assistance, and complaint-filing guidance services to prospective clients.
- Explain the general complaint procedures involving SEBI, exchanges, brokers, banks, and cybercrime authorities, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of client details, scam amounts, lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with potential clients and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the documentation and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Handle client queries professionally, sensitively, and ethically.

Qualification

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in Sales, Fraud/Risk, Customer Support or Cybersecurity will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant knowledge may also apply.
