We are looking for a warm, passionate, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher who loves being around children and believes that early childhood is the most important stage of learning. The teacher will be responsible for creating a joyful, protected, and nurturing learning environment for our little learners. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

*1. Teaching & Learning:* - Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons, activities, rhymes, stories and games as per the curriculum. - Focus on holistic development - cognitive, language, physical, social & emotional. - Celebrate colour days, festivals, special days and thematic events. - Use innovative teaching aids, art & craft, music and movement to make learning fun.

*2. Child Care & Safety:* - Ensure complete safety, hygiene and well-being of every child in the classroom. - Observe each child closely and provide individual attention and care. - Maintain a warm, loving and positive classroom atmosphere.

*3. Classroom Management:* - Maintain a neat, colourful,



and child-friendly classroom. - Maintain children's work portfolios, activity records and daily reports. - Manage classroom resources and learning corners effectively.

*4. Parent Communication:* - Build a strong and respectful relationship with parents. - Share regular updates about the child's progress, behaviour and milestones. - Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings, events and school functions.

*5. Professional Development:* - Participate in teacher training, workshops and school meetings. - Support school events like Annual Day, Sports Day, Field Trips, Competitions etc. - Work collaboratively with co-teachers and management.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a pre-school preferred. Freshers with passion can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
