Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate patient records and consultation documentation.
- Provide patient counselling and respond to medical queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria
