Chetanya Career Consultant is looking for 2 experienced Visa Counsellors to join our team. We are hiring one candidate specializing in Australian visas and another specializing in European visas.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Guide clients through visa documentation, application preparation, and submission.
- Verify documents and ensure accuracy and completeness of applications.
- Stay updated on visa policies, immigration regulations, and procedural changes.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and application status updates.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in visa counselling or visa processing.
- Strong knowledge of either Australian or European visa procedures.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and follow-ups efficiently.
