Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage Roadways and Air shipment coordination, customer communication, documentation follow-ups, and shipment status updates.

The candidate will act as a coordination point between customers, operations teams, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and customers receive timely updates.

Freshers with relevant qualifications and positive communication skills may be considered, along with experienced candidates. The final experience requirement will depend on the company's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries related to import and export shipments, as applicable.
- Coordinate with customers to collect shipment instructions, courier details, and required documentation.
- Provide shipment status updates and communicate schedules, delays, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, pricing to resolve shipment-related queries.
- Follow up on booking confirmations, shipping instructions, bills of lading, and other relevant shipping documents.
- Assist with shipment tracking and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through email and telephone.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated and addressed.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and shipment-related information.
- Identify service issues and escalate operational delays or customer complaints to the appropriate team.




- Maintain customer correspondence, shipment files, and service records.
- Support timely resolution of customer concerns and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Follow established procedures and service standards for shipment handling and communication.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of ocean freight forwarding and international shipping processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service, follow-up, and query-resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation is an advantage.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other office tools.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience requirement is flexible, subject to the employer's final decision.
- Freshers may be considered if they have relevant qualifications and good communication skills.
- Previous experience in Logistic and courier customer service, import/export documentation, or freight forwarding operations will be an advantage.

Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with customers and internal operational teams.
