Role Overview We are looking to hire Quality Analyst for our US collections Process Key Responsibilities • Performing regular/target-based Call Audits for US collections Agent • Feedback, Coaching sessions for Process knowledge & Performance improvement • Publishing Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance reports • Organizing regular Calibration Sessions with TL, Managers etc. • Participation in Training calls with clients • Organizing quick training sessions for defaulters • Taking team/TL huddles • Knowledge of US 3rd Party collections business • Knowledge of 3rd Party collection techniques • Exposure of working on dialer and manual campaigns • Understanding of regulations and statues governing 3rd party collections along with different State Laws • Must have good knowledge of FDCPA & State Laws • 3rd Party Collections Call monitoring and constructive feedback sharing experience. Required Qualifications • Graduate/Undergraduate can apply. • 3 – 4 years’ experience as Quality Auditor/Analyst in 3rd Party US Debt collection (2 years as a QA on papers for 3rd Party Collections business) • Should be willing to work in US Shifts • Excellent verbal / written communication skills • Good with Analytical skills / MS Excel / presentation skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
