Job Description

Federal Outsourcing is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Immigration Training Manager (Sales Training) to train, mentor, and develop our immigration sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of immigration processes, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in sales training and team development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular training sessions for Immigration Consultants, Sales Executives, and Team Leaders.
- Train employees on immigration services, visa categories, eligibility criteria, and consultation processes.
- Develop effective sales pitches, objection-handling techniques, and client-conversion strategies.
- Provide training on lead management, follow-ups, client counselling, and sales closing techniques.
- Conduct mock calls, role-play sessions, and performance assessments.
- Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans to enhance sales productivity.
- Train new joiners on company services,



sales processes, CRM usage, and client handling.
- Monitor sales calls and provide constructive feedback to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with management to ensure training programs align with monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Immigration Sales, Sales Training, or Team Management.
- Robust understanding of immigration consultancy services and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to train and motivate sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, lead conversion, and objection handling.
- Experience in conducting product training, mock calls, and sales performance evaluations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development abilities.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with previous experience as an Immigration Sales Trainer, Sales Training Manager, Immigration Team Leader, or Immigration Sales Manager will be preferred.
- Experience in the immigration consultancy industry is highly desirable.
- Must be confident in delivering classroom and practical sales training.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
