- Provide technical support for computers, POS systems, kiosks and network devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV, biometric attendance and basic server systems.
- Handle hardware, software, LAN/WAN and connectivity-related issues.
- Perform regular system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical repairs and support.
- Maintain IT equipment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- IT / Computer-related qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking and troubleshooting.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in a cinema theatre environment.
- Rotational shifts & flexible working hours.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
