Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The candidate will assist architects and project engineers in preparing construction drawings, reviewing technical specifications, and incorporating design modifications as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D and 3D architectural drawings using CAD software.
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Calculate dimensions, measurements, and fixture requirements as per project specifications.
- Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy.
- Incorporate revisions and modifications based on feedback from architects and project engineers.
- Assist in preparing detailed construction and working drawings.
- Include lighting layouts and lighting design details in technical drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers,



and other team members to ensure drawings meet project standards.
- Maintain and update drawing files and documentation as per project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D modelling software will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, dimensions, and measurements.
- Basic knowledge of lighting layouts and fixture planning.
- Valuable attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Ability to understand technical instructions and work collaboratively with architects and engineers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers with relevant software knowledge and a strong interest in architectural drafting may apply.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, willing to learn, and capable of meeting project deadlines.

Work Location: Lullanagar, Kondhwa Road, Pune

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
