About the role
We are a solar EPC company looking for a hands-on electrician to join our installation team. You will work on rooftop solar projects for homes, housing societies, and commercial sites.
What you will do
- Install solar panels, structures, inverters, and DC/AC cabling
- Do AC and DC wiring, termination, and earthing
- Connect and test equipment, and help with commissioning
- Follow safety rules while working at height and on live systems
- Work with the project team and finish jobs on time
What we need
- Electrical ITI or formal electrical training
- Hands-on experience with electrical wiring and tools
- Previous work on electrical equipment (panels, MCBs, cables, motors or similar)
- Able to read basic wiring diagrams
- Comfortable working on rooftops
- Willing to travel to sites within Paghar, Wada, Bhiwandi
Good to have
- Experience with solar or any other installation work
- Two-wheeler
