Job Title: Project Manager – Government Projects & Rural Enterprise Development (MoRE Scheme)

We are seeking a result-oriented Project Manager to manage government project opportunities, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project implementation across multiple sectors, including the MoRE (Modernization of Rural Enterprises) Programme, digital communication, IEC/SBCC, and rural development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Opportunity Identification: Identify and track new government tenders, RFPs, EOIs, schemes, and project opportunities across relevant departments, PSUs, and sectors.
- Tender & Award Management: Manage the complete post-submission lifecycle, including tender follow-ups, status tracking, presentations, clarifications, departmental coordination, liaisoning, and award-related formalities, ensuring timely progress towards project allocation.
- Government Liaisoning: Maintain professional coordination with government departments, PSUs, institutional clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders for approvals, updates, project allocation, and execution.
- MoRE Programme Implementation: Identify and survey eligible rural MSMEs, mobilize beneficiaries, facilitate onboarding and Udyam registration, assess technology requirements, and coordinate energy-productive and renewable energy interventions.
- Project Execution: Coordinate procurement, installation, commissioning, technical support, beneficiary handholding, and implementation activities in collaboration with technical agencies and service providers.
- Digital & Communication Projects: Coordinate IEC/SBCC activities, digital campaigns, social media, MIS, dashboards,



and technology-enabled development projects, as applicable.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, departmental correspondence, MIS databases, compliance documents, progress reports, and post-implementation reports.
- End-to-End Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously, including follow-ups, approvals, stakeholder management, implementation monitoring, and project closure.
- Team Coordination: Work with internal technical, creative, administrative, and field teams to achieve project milestones and organizational targets.

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Rural Development, Social Work, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in government project management, business development, departmental coordination, or programme implementation.
- Strong understanding of government departments, tender processes, stakeholder liaisoning, and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MIS, and online government portals.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements.

Preferred: Experience in rural development, MSME programmes, renewable energy, IEC/SBCC, digital communication, or government-funded projects.
