Job Summary:

The Junior Accountant is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a real estate company. The role includes maintaining financial records, voucher entries, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, assisting in taxation work, vendor payments, and coordinating with different departments for smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
- Prepare and verify payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices
- Handle vendor bills and payment follow-ups
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
- Maintain records of site expenses and petty cash
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation
- Coordinate with purchase, billing, CRM, and project teams for financial records




- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts-related data
- Assist during audits and preparation of financial reports
- Track customer receipts and outstanding payments

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and invoicing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
