- Drive Enrollments: Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions for our upcoming NEET batches.
- School Outreach: Pitch, secure, and conduct career seminars and scholarship tests across schools in Arambagh, Khanakul, Pursurah, and Ghatal.
- Local Branding: Execute offline marketing including hoardings, leaflet campaigns, and canopy setups at transit hubs.
- Team Synergy: Coordinate with counselors and digital marketing teams to maximize walk-ins.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Experience: 1–3 years in educational marketing, test-prep sales (JEE/NEET/General Studies), or telecom/BFSI field sales.
- Local Expert: Deep geographical knowledge of schools, tuition hubs, and student commuter routes in and around Arambagh.
- Language:



Native fluency in Bengali is mandatory (for parent counseling); working knowledge of English.
- Drive: Must own a two-wheeler for local field travel and possess excellent negotiation skills.
