Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and other HR activities.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Freshers and candidates pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Management, or a related field can apply.
Note: This is a 6-month internship with a stipend of ₹10,000 per month. Full-time employment opportunities may be offered based on performance.
