Summary

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and experience in client-facing recruitment. Candidates with APAC recruitment experience and agency/staffing background will be pluse

Key Requirements

1-3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

Very good hands-on experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter.

Robust experience in sourcing and screening IT/Technology candidates.

APAC recruitment experience is a strong plus.

Must have client-facing recruitment experience.

Agency / staffing / consulting recruitment experience preferred — not in-house hiring.

Good understanding of technical requirements and candidate evaluation.

Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
