Key Responsibilities

- Teaching & Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons of respective jobs.
- Skill Enhancement: Focus on improving students.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design lesson plans, homework, quizzes, projects, and term exams; grade student work accurately and provide constructive feedback.
- Board Preparation: Prepare Class 10 students for secondary board examinations through revision classes, practice tests, and remedial support.
- Co-Curricular Activities: Organize language enrichments.
- Parent & Staff Collaboration: Attend parent-teacher meetings, report student progress, and participate in staff meetings or professional development workshops

Required Qualifications & Education

- Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline) from a recognized university, often with a minimum percentage requirement.Post graduation will be an advantage.
- Teaching Degree: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
- Eligibility Tests:



Qualification in CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or the respective State TET for upper primary and secondary classes (where mandated by the school board).
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Pay Scale highest in the area.
- Selection includes 4 rounds including written test.
- No need to apply again if already applied.

Essential Skills & Traits

- Language Proficiency: Fluency and command over written and spoken English, with strong grammar and literature knowledge.
- Tech Literacy: Ability to use smart boards, digital learning platforms, and up-to-date EdTech tools.
- Soft Skills: High level of patience, empathy, classroom management ability, and strong organizational skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
