- Hire candidates for BPO, banking, and other job openings.
- Call candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with employers.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
