Alencure Biotech is looking for a skilled Capsule Operator with hands-on experience operating the AF90T/120 capsule filling machine (Anchor Mark) to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, and compliance with pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the Anchor Mark AF90T/120 capsule filling machine.
- Perform machine setup, parameter adjustments, and changeovers as per production requirements.
- Ensure accurate capsule filling, weight consistency, proper locking, and product quality.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
- Perform machine cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities as per approved SOPs.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and equipment usage logs.
- Report machine breakdowns, deviations, and production issues to the supervisor.
- Follow GMP guidelines,



safety procedures, and pharmaceutical hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with QA and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with the Anchor Mark AF90T/120 capsule filling machine preferred.
- Knowledge of capsule filling operations, machine settings, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and batch documentation.
- Good attention to detail and a responsible approach to production activities.
