Are you someone who enjoys communicating with people, building customer relationships, and ensuring timely follow-ups? We’re looking for a *CRM (Telecaller)* to manage customer interactions and support our sales and customer relationship activities.

What You'll Do?

✅ Make outbound calls and follow up with potential and existing customers

✅ Handle customer queries and provide relevant information

✅ Maintain customer records and update CRM data

✅ Follow up on leads, enquiries, and pending customer requests

✅ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service

✅ Maintain daily calling reports and follow-up records

What We're Looking For (Female & Male Candidates)?

1. Graduate in any discipline

2. *1–2 years of relevant experience*

3. Good communication and telephone etiquette

4.



Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel

5. Customer-focused, confident, and organized

6. Good follow-up skills and a positive attitude

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000/- per month.

*Location: Park Street, Kolkata, Full time.
