About the Role:
We are looking for confident and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team for the Indian Forum Awards project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients.
- Explain award programs, nomination details, eligibility, and registration process.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil, English, Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu.
- Candidates who can communicate in multiple languages will be preferred.
- Previous telecalling, sales, customer service, or lead follow-up experience is preferred.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
