Key Responsibilities

- Hardware & Network Maintenance: Setup, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, LAN, Wi-Fi, and routers across OPD, IPD, and administrative desks.
- Software & HMS Support: Provide technical support to hospital staff for Hospital Management Software (HMS), billing software, and standard applications.
- Data Security & Backups: Manage daily system data backups, keep antivirus software updated, and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Peripherals & Surveillance: Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems, biometric attendance machines, and lab equipment system interfaces.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of all IT assets and coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) and hardware vendors for quick resolutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
